Caleb's First School Day

Caleb started preschool at a new school where he attended a couple weeks of summer camp with Eleanor.  His schedule is part-day three times a week until Mommy has a work schedule.  We're looking forward to becoming part of a supoortive community as Caleb learns and grows.

Eleanor's First Day of Kinder

We are so proud of our Eleanor!  She has missed her friends and teachers from her old school and was less than enthusiastic about beginning Kindergarten.  However, she was so brave and had a successful Meet the Teacher visit and first day.  Mom was a mess, but Eleanor was strong and full of grace.

First Day of School

On Friday, September 9, Eleanor and Caleb both started at a new school based at a nearby Methodist Church.  Eleanor is in the 4-Day Bears Pre-K class, and Caleb's in the 3-Day Sprouts Toddler class.  Both of our sweeties went into their classrooms happily... much to Kyle's and my delight!  They both also had wide smiles when I picked them up at noon and are ready to learn and make new friends this year.

First Day

On Tuesday, September 8th Eleanor and Caleb had their first day of school together.  Caleb is in the Tiny Turtles infant class and attends two days a week, while Eleanor attends the three-year-old Terrific Tiger class four days a week.  (Friday is Eleanor and Caleb's special day with Mommy!)  Eleanor was a mess when it came time to say goodbye, but Bud was cool as can be.  Fortunately, I got reports that both loves were in good spirits for the remainder of the day.
