100th Day

How'd she escape the wrinkles?!?  Flawless skin!

Man, a hundred days of kindergarten really ages a kid.  Look at all of that baby powder... I mean white hair... that comes only from old age!

Before she trotted... I mean hobbled through the school doors, I hollered, "Have a great day at school sweetheart.  Try not to slip and break a hip!"

Happy 100th Day of School!

Nice twisted pipe cleaners... I mean homemade bifocals.

Such poor posture!  Slaying the fashion scene with the pearls and brooch combo though.

Nice curtain rod from our basement... I mean walking cane for the elderly.

School for Caleb

Caleb looks forward to going to school each week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  He enjoys   His science class on Fridays and lives for playing Ninja Turtles with his best buds.

Stuffed Animal Day

It was fun reminiscing about our adventure out West!

Eleanor's Kindergarten class has been working hard since the beginning of the school year to earn a behavior incentive.  They just got all their marbles and voted for a stuffed animal share day.  Out of all of her dolls and stuffies, Eleanor chose the Buffalo Lamar from our trip to Yellowstone.  She dressed him in a Frozen Anna doll dress and cape with a baby diaper underneath.  This combination was so perfectly Eleanor in every way!

Caleb's First School Day

Caleb started preschool at a new school where he attended a couple weeks of summer camp with Eleanor.  His schedule is part-day three times a week until Mommy has a work schedule.  We're looking forward to becoming part of a supoortive community as Caleb learns and grows.

Eleanor's First Day of Kinder

We are so proud of our Eleanor!  She has missed her friends and teachers from her old school and was less than enthusiastic about beginning Kindergarten.  However, she was so brave and had a successful Meet the Teacher visit and first day.  Mom was a mess, but Eleanor was strong and full of grace.
