May 24: The Fireflies went to group meeting on Tuesday this week. We have been exploring slime in our sensory area. We have been practicing our song for the graduation program. There is a new question posted on the bulletin board opposite our classroom door. Students have been using new stickers to help them make illustrations for books that they are writing.

May 18: The Fireflies went to chapel on Thursday this week. It was our last chapel time with Pastor Bill. We will miss him! We started answering a new question and the answers will be displayed on the board opposite our classroom door during next week. The Fireflies have been painting with spoons and forks. We have been practicing our song for the graduation program. We have been reading books about sharing and being kind to our friends.

May 11: The Fireflies had a busy week! We set our butterflies free on Monday. We took our plants home this week. We were busy getting ready for Mother’s Day with gift wrapping and card making. The Mother’s Day Tea was Thursday morning. Thank you for attending!
