We stopped by the library and met up with Baby Walter (and Stephanie and Jon) for the final puppet show of the summer. The performance lasted about 45 minutes and consisted of an array of short silly skits. We saw some weird foam creatures along with some familiar characters including the three little pigs, the princess and frog, and three billy goats gruff. Eleanor stayed attentive for about half of the show before she decided to crawl around the room and give us every sign that she was ready for a nap. The event concluded just in the nick of time, and we were the first ones out the door! Eleanor fell fast asleep on the drive home... and was no doubt dreaming of all the new puppet friends she'd met that day.
