Our final day started with egg dying, which Caleb enjoyed being a part of this year! No surprise that our artist Eleanor didn't tire or lose interest after decorating egg after egg after egg. The egg fun continued that afternoon with a hunt at the Waynesville library. Finally, the day ended with our last beautiful stroll around the lake before saying farewell to Family Circle and Mom and Dad.
After our return to Virginia, friends inquired about our trip, and I told every one that the trip was great because I got to spend it with my parents, whom I'd been missing terribly. I am so very thankful for our time together over spring break.
